Human Resources Officer (internship)

Indigo Construction is a general contractor in high-end renovation and construction. Its goal is to offer quality construction to its clients. Awarded several times and published in trade magazines, the company is in full expansion. Therefore, we are currently looking for a human resources intern.

The Human Resources intern monitors the management of employees and their professional training in accordance with the legislation and the HR policy set up by Indigo. This position is responsible for recruitment and career management of employees, training plans throughout their life in the company, and the implementation of legal and regulatory obligations in terms of working conditions, health and safety. 

Assignments

  • Analyze recruitment needs 

  • Manage the entire recruitment process Selecting applications and conducting interviews 

  • Preparing the reception of new recruits and liaising with the various services 

  • To take care of safety procedures and mandatory signage in the office and on construction sites 

  • Manage employee training 

  • Organize training courses and ensure that they run smoothly 

  • Develop organizational performance management tools 

  • Manage the LinkedIn account of the company 

  • Organize personal development and teambuilding meetings 

  • Improving internal communication 

  • Set up a follow-up of individual performance 

 

Workin conditions

You will be working in the Indigo Construction open space with the communication manager and the marketing manager, who are also doing an internship.   

Indigo provides you with all the tools you need to work in good conditions during your internship. 

In addition, we regularly organise internal company events to boost our team spirit. 

 

Skills

  • Legal skills: very precise knowledge of the legal obligations related to personnel management. 

  • Knowledge of the company's organisation, culture, business lines and established practices. 

  • Mastery of current office automation tools and databases. 

  • Knowledge of internal communication 

  • Competence in management and team management  

  • Notion in administrative management 

  • 1st experience in a company appreciated
