Communication Officer (internship)

Indigo Construction is a general contractor in high-end renovation and construction. Its goal is to offer quality construction to its clients. Awarded several times and published in trade magazines, the company is in full expansion. Therefore, we are currently looking for a communication officer intern.

The communication officer has the aims to spread a positive image of the company. he/she creates the tools and implements the actions that are part of the global communication strategy, externally and/or internally. He/she collaborates in public relations operations, communication campaigns and commercial and public promotion actions. 

He/she is the company's showcase.

Assignments

​

  • Creation/Update of a communication plan: 

    • Community Manager (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Houzz) 

    • Plan detailed publications by network, set up a communication strategy  

    • Intra-network advertising  

  • Visual creation (Using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

  • Photo retouching (Lightroom) 

  • Editing (Adobe Première Pro) 

  • Network analysis 

  • Weekly visits to the construction sites for photo and video monitoring. 

  • Create Facebook Ad and Instagram Ad campaign

 

 

Working conditions

​

You will work in the open space of Indigo Construction with the marketing manager and the human resources manager, who are also doing an internship.   

Indigo provides you with all the tools you need to work in good conditions during your internship. 

Once a week you will be able to go to the construction sites to take photos and keep up to date with the progress of the work. 

Moreover, we regularly organise internal company events to boost our team spirit

 

Skills

​

  • Have knowledge in the field of communication  

  • Mastery of office tools  

  • Knowing how to develop a communication diagnosis, recommendations, global communication plans 

  • Fluency in writing and speaking  

  • Have a basic knowledge of English 

  • Concept of communication law 

  • Notion of Adobe software (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop) would be appreciated.
