ATWATER ULTIMATE PENTHOUSE

This high-end penthouse on 2 levels owes its character to its original activity as a steel factory. The combination of noble materials such as walnut, calcatta marble, steel and quartz gives a second life to this apartment. The watchword for this project: attention to detail. Indeed, you can notice details of the finishes, cabinetry or the choice of furniture, in collaboration with the architectural firm Architem.

 

The sliding partitions made of opaque frosted glass, allow some privacy without obstructing the light, creating a separation between the room and the living room. This illustrates a tailor-made and clever optimization that defines the condo's rearrangement.

 

In collaboration with Silk, we chose a round metal staircase with a glass railing for its industrial and contemporary design. Floor-mounted fasteners require superior finishing work.

 

We have also set up a home automation system with electric blinds, spotlights and integrated speakers, all adjustable simply from a remote control or tablet. The installation of double gypsum on all walls provides superior acoustics.

 

The owners are conquered by its modernity and its inimitable charm with natural and dark tones to keep the original industrial character.
